We are very "hands on" in our print process - each item is carefully inspected and approved by us before shipping. We do direct-to-garment printing. The dye actually becomes a part of the fabric. There is no plastic feel and no need to worry about the shirts in the laundry - no cracking, peeling, or fading - no special laundry instructions. RETURN POLICY: Satisfaction is guaranteed with our predesigned shirts. They must be returned in good condition within 30 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. Before printing your personalized or customized shirt, we will email you a layout showing exactly what the shirt will look like. We will not print your shirts until we receive your approval. Due to the personalized or customized nature of these products, returns will not be accepted. If there is a flaw in the fabric or manufacture of the shirt (which is not likely since we only sell high quality shirts and inspect them before printing), please contact us to discuss your options.
